General Condo Info

 

 

 

 

1. Each building has on-site parking located at the condominium. If your building has assigned parking spaces then please make sure you are parked in your assigned space. Each vehicle should be within the lines and not extending into the common areas of the parking area. The parking area is for vehicles only and should not be used for storage of items.

 

2. When staying at the condominium, remember that there are many shared spaces, please be courteous and mindful of others. Everyone is here to relax. 

 

3. Please make sure that all of your trash goes into the proper receptacle. Recycling items must be removed from trash bags before being disposed of. Also, pizza boxes belong in the trash receptacle even if it is cardboard. Please contact management if you need to dispose of larger items, DO NOT leave them in the trash area. We want to keep the property clean and looking its best. 

 

4. When returning from the beach please rinse of any sand in the rinse off areas. We know it's impossible to get rid of it all but it's worth a try, right?

 

5. We ask that you take care of cleaning up after your pets. Cleaning up after your pet should even be done in all common areas as staff is not always around to clean up.
